Cancellation/Refund Policy

Substitutions can be made at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund will be issued as long as the cancellation notice is received by December 22, 2023. No refunds will be issued beginning December 23, 2023 or for no-shows.
Meister Media Worldwide (“MMW”) is works closely with our faciliteis and other event partners on developing and implementing health and safety measures, and biosafety best practices for the VISION Conference (“Event”). MMW strongly recommends that each participant carefully evaluate their personal health needs and concerns before registering for and or attending the Event in-person. Attendance at the Event is completely voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk.
