Meister Media Worldwide Safe Event Protocol

Last Updated: January 3, 2022

This Safe Event Protocol demonstrates our commitment to your safety while participating at Meister Media in-person events. Please review this Protocol that will be in effect for the 2022 VISION Conference.

Please note that as the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, we too will be updating our protocol to align with expert guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), in addition to Maricopa County and the City of Glendale. We are also working closely with the facility staff and all event partners to create the safest possible environment for our in-person event.

When completing your registration, you will be asked to agree to follow the Safe Event Protocol in place at the time of the event, while participating at the event. We will keep you updated as things may change between now and the event dates. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns and we look forward to seeing you all again in-person very soon!

Added 1/3/22: Requirements for Entry
In response to the growing spread of COVID-19 we will be asking all VISION in-person participants to show proof of a negative test before entering any Conference area. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

COVID-19 Symptoms:

  • Fever or chills

  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat

We ask for your assistance in keeping our event safe by practicing good hand hygiene. Wash hands often, with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Hand sanitizer will be widely available throughout the event.

Face Coverings

Consistent with guidance and requirements of the CDC, ADPH, and Glendale, the mask policy for this year’s event will be as follows:

Unvaccinated persons are required to wear masks in all indoor public settings.

Fully vaccinated persons are strongly encouraged to wear masks in all indoor public settings until the level of community transmission lessens. We ask for everyone’s participation in following CDC guidance, to voluntarily wear a mask indoors, especially and most importantly when in close proximity to others such as in meeting rooms or on elevators.

Staff are required to follow CDC guidance; all staff will be masked indoors.

Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection

To align with recommended guidance from the CDC, we have worked in concert with Marriott to ensure a safe environment for our in-person event at their facility. This includes socially distanced seating for meals, reconfigured layouts for food and beverage service, enhanced cleaning, and hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the facility.

Please view Marriott’s Corporate Commitment to Cleanliness and visit the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa’s COVID-19 updates for the most up-to-date, enhanced cleaning protocols and other measures to keep you safe.

Physical Distancing

Event spaces have been reconfigured to accommodate physical distancing of 6 feet. Please be aware of all signage and unique requirements for each space. Please do not move furniture in suites or other event areas which have been set to accommodate physical distancing requirements.
